Will Lionel Messi win Ballon d'Or 2021?

This is a market on whether Lionel Messi will win the 2021 Ballon d’Or [Golden Ball] Award. The trophy is recognising the best footballers in the world by the French news magazine France Football. The annual ceremony of the award is scheduled to take place on 29th November 2021. If Lionel Messi is awarded Ballon d'Or at the ceremony, this market will resolve to "Yes", otherwise it will resolve to "No". Please note, there is a chance that France Football will honour also the best player of 2020 (the ceremony was cancelled due to the pandemic) or might name it "Ballon d'Or 2020 & 2021". For this market to resolve to "Yes", Lionel Messi has to be awarded with any of them. The resolution source will be the list of the laureates at France Football’s website, https://www.francefootball.fr/ballon-d-or/palmares/. If the award isn't announced by December 5, 2021, the market will resolve 50/50.
